After reaction with NHS-PEG-MAL, the peak area at the binding energy of
286.4 eV increases (Figure 1c and Table 2), and a new peak at the
binding energy of 532.7 eV appears (Figure 2c and Table 2) because
the introduced PEG chains contain abundant C-O bonds. In the
C1s spectrum, the peak area at the binding energy of 286.4 eV keeps
increasing after the covalent binding of RGD-containing peptides
because of the contribution of C-N and C-O bonds in the
peptides (Figure 1d and Table 2). In the O1s spectrum, the peak
areas at the binding energy of 531.3 eV increase significantly
(Figure 2d and Table 2) because the grafted RGD-containing
peptides contain abundant N-CdO bonds. Taken together, XPS
results of different PHBV films indicate the successful binding of
RGD-containing peptides to ammonia plasma-treated PHBV surfaces
through the cross-linker of bifunctional PEG.

与NHS-PEG-MAL反应之后,于键能286.4 eV处的峰面积增大(图1c和表2),并且键能532.7 eV处出现一个新峰值(图2c和表2),这是因为引入的PEG链带有充足的C - O键。 在C1谱图中, 286.4 eV键能处的峰面积在含有RGD缩氨酸的共价键合之后由于缩氨酸中的C - N和C - O键的作用而保持持续增加(图1d和表2)。在O1谱图中,于531.3 eV键能处的峰面积显著地增大(图2d和表2)这是因为接枝的带有RGD的缩氨酸含有充足的N - CdO键。综合来看,不同PHBV膜的XPS测定结果表明含有RGD的缩氨酸通过双官能PEG的交联剂与氨等离子体处理过的PHBV表面进行了成功的结合。
