请教UBC的奖学金问题已有1人参与

UBC的奖学金主页上写着： For all our thesis based graduate students, regardless of visa status, we offer the following funding packages: A minimum master's stipend worth $21,536.00 a year guaranteed for the first two years of master's study. A stipend worth $21,240 per year guaranteed for four years for doctoral students.
