急急急！大家帮我看看这到底要怎么改！！关于JBB杂志cove letter的问题 已有4人参与

我投的是Journal of Bioscience and Bioengineering杂志，周二投的，周三就返回来了，改完后周四再投出去，周五就返回来了。给的意见如下： “# The editorial board of JBB has recently decided that the journal will no longer consider a submission which does not meet all submission requirements after three rounds of editorial check. Please carefully check whether your revised submission meets ALL requested revision. Your next submission is the final round. COVER LETTER # The cover letter should address the following points: 1) All authors have read the submitted version of the manuscript and agreed to submit the work to JBB; 2) The work has not been published before and is not being considered by another journal; 3) The novelty and significance of the submitted work are briefly described; 4) The copyright of the manuscript will be transferred to the Society for Biotechnology, Japan (SBJ) upon acceptance for publication.” 我的疑惑是他到底什么意思，是只要在cover letter 里提到第1,2和4点吗？可是我的cover letter里原来第1点和第2点都提到了呀，为什么还说有问题，是一定要元模原样吗？还是说需要另外弄个什么证明传过去啊？第四点又怎么做才能达到它的要求？第3点的话是让我再突出新颖性一点吗？ 急急急！！请知道的童鞋赶紧告诉我，万分感谢啊！！ |
