绿色低碳发展智库伙伴北京秘书处（绿色创新发展中心）招聘多位高级分析师/分析师 【低碳政策、碳交易、绿色投融资等方向】 你将有机会和绿色低碳领域的国内外领先专家合作； 你将有潜力成为新型专业智库的核心骨干； 我们提供知识创新类机构独立、开放的工作氛围； 我们提供完善的薪酬和休假制度。 【机构简介】 绿色低碳发展智库伙伴（后简称“低碳智库伙伴”；Green& Low-Carbon Development Think Tank Partnership，GDTP）于2014年6月正式启动。GDTP是一个机构间非正式的交流机制，主要面向国家层面和低碳试点区域内的学术团体和智库机构，致力于建立国内外绿色低碳发展政策和实践的研究、集成、合作和推广的机制，打造服务于伙伴机构的决策支持、技术交流和公众倡导的综合性平台。GDTP目前有30多家领先研究院所参与成为伙伴机构，50余位领域内知名学者作为专家委员会委员。GDTP秘书处设在北京和深圳。 绿色创新发展中心（后简称“中心”，Innovative Green Development Program，iGDP）是由能源基金会中国发起的专业低碳发展研究咨询机构，关注低碳行业政策、低碳规划、能源系统分析、碳交易、绿色财税和投融资等热点问题。中心现承担绿色低碳发展智库伙伴北京秘书处工作。 【招募需求】 岗位1：高级分析师【低碳政策方向一名、碳交易和绿色投融资方向一名】 工作地点：北京 工作类型：全职 1. 工作职责 （1）对政策和研究选题合理分析及评估，制定并实施相关研究项目 （2）撰写中英文项目报告，对研究报告、相关出版物等进行总体质量把控。 （3）负责维护和发展与研究机构、学院及其他NGO机构的合作关系。 （4）开展中心各项主题活动，包括研究报告发布、举办主题研讨会、论坛及智库年会等。 （5）以多元化方式展出中心的研究成果，如中英文项目报告、Newsletter、专题研究产 出、会议总结等。 2． 任职资质 （1）经济、环境、能源、公共政策等相关专业硕士学位（或以上）。 （2）至少6年以上相关领域工作经验。 （3）逻辑性强，较强的数据收集及分析能力，具备独立策划管理项目能力。 （4）较强的独立工作能力及团队协作精神。 （5）能在多任务情况下较好的规划和开展工作，能够在压力下按时完成工作。 （6）优秀的协调和沟通能力。 （7）英语口语及书写能力优秀，能够独立完成英文项目报告。 岗位2：分析师【低碳政策方向一名、碳交易和绿色投融资方向一名】 工作地点：北京 工作类型：全职/兼职 1. 工作职责 （1）支持中心各研究项目的实施和开展。 （2）负责项目研究所需的数据收集与分析，协助研究报告的撰写及校对。 （3）协助研究主管维护和发展与研究机构、学院及其他NGO机构的合作关系。 （4）协助研究主管开展中心各项主题活动，包括研究报告发布、举办主题研讨会、论坛及智 库年会等。 （5）以多元化方式展出中心的研究成果，如中英文项目报告、Newsletter、专题研究产 出、会议总结等。 2． 任职资质 （1）经济、环境、能源、公共政策等相关专业硕士学位 （2）至少1-3年相关领域工作经验 （3）逻辑性强，较强的数据收集及分析能力 （4）较强的独立工作能力及团队协作精神 （5）能在多任务情况下较好的规划和开展工作 （6）英语口语及书写能力优秀 【申请流程】 申请人将求职信连同中英文简历发送邮件至wuxiao@igdp.cn，入选者将于7个工作日内得到电话邀约 请将申请职位在邮件标题中注明，在正文中注明到岗日期，薪资面议 申请有效期至2015年5月10日 欲了解更多关于GDTP & iGDP的信息，请访问：http://www.gdtpchina.cn/ Senior Analyst /Analyst, based in Beijing Green & Low-Carbon Development Think Tank Partnership, Beijing secretariat office (Innovative Green Development Program) About GDTP & iGDP The Green & Low-Carbon Development Think Tank Partnership (GDTP), officially launched in June 2014 in Shenzhen, is an exchange mechanism to facilitate the exchange of views and the sharing of best practices in national and international low-carbon development. GDTP’s core mission is to serve national-level and low-carbon experimental area research organizations. It is creating a multifunctional platform serving its partner institutions and giving them support in decision-making, technical exchange, and public initiatives, by setting up a mechanism that promotes national and international low-carbon development policy research, integration, cooperation and popularization. More than 30 institutions have been registered as GDTP partners and more that 50 well-known experts have become members of GDTP’s Expert Panel, with its secretariats established respectively in Beijing and Shenzhen. The Innovative Green Development Program (iGDP) was initiated by Energy Foundation China’s Low-Carbon Development Path Program in August, 2012. iGDP aims to promote knowledge sharing among research institutions and practitioners on green growth economics, policy research, and industrial best practices. iGDP currently operates as GDTP’s Beijing Secretariat Office. Position I: Senior Analyst (in green economics, carbon trade, low-carbon development fields) Location: Beijing Type of job: Full-time 1. Responsibilities: (1) Lead the implementation and development of iGDP research projects according to policy analysis and program assessment results. (2) Compile and quality control of relevant reports, publications, and other products in both English and Chinese. (3) Work closely with research manager to explore/maintain strong relations with institutes, colleges/universities and NGOs. (4) Participate in workshops, project missions, and provide necessary support. (5) Present research findings across a range of media including info-graphics, newsletter pieces, social media and speaking events. 2. Qualifications: (1) Master degree (or above) in economics, environment, public policy, finance or relevant field. (2) Minimum 6 years experiences in the field of research and analysis (3) Strong analytical and writing skills, experience in team management with proactive attitude in solving problems. (4) Ability to work individually as well as in a team. (5) Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities at the same time. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. (6) Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. (7) A good command of English (written and spoken) is essential. Position II: Analyst (in green economics, carbon trade, low-carbon development fields) Location: Beijing Type of job: Part-time/Full-time 1. Responsibilities: (1) Support the implementation and development of iGDP research projects. (2) Responsible for research projects including undertaking research report drafts, literature reviews, data collection and analysis. (3) Support the research manager to explore/maintain strong relations with institutes, colleges/universities and NGOs. (4) Present research findings across a range of media including info-graphics, newsletters, social media and speaking events.
