忆阻器被证实存在 The missing memristor found 基础电子学教科书列出了三个基本的被动电路元件：电阻器、电容器和电感器。但在近40年前，Leon Chua就预测到存在第四个元件，即忆阻器（memristor），实际上就是一个有记忆功能的非线性电阻器。直到今天，它仍然只是一个预测。但现在，来自惠普实验室的一篇论文报告说，忆阻现象在纳米尺度的系统中是自然出现的，在这样的系统中，固态电子和离子运输在一个外加偏置电压下是耦合在一起的。这一发现可帮助解释 过去50年在电子装置中所观察到的明显异常的回滞电流-电压行为的很多例子。忆阻器可能会通过大大提高晶体管所能达到的功能密度而对未来电子电路产生重大影响。 （Letter p. 80） The missing memristor found pp80-83 There are three fundamental passive circuit elements, resistors, capacitors, and inductors, but it was reasoned that there should be a fourth fundamental element, called a memristor, which has until now not been realized in a physical system.
