[求助] Gaussian计算频率单位换算问题

gaussian计算时给出的质量加权的力常数的本征值和后面给出的频率值是一样的,可两者的单位一个是hartree/(bohr^2*amu),一个是cm^-1,这两者之间是怎样换算的呢。我怎么换算不出1 hartree/(bohr^2*amu)=1 cm^-1呢。下面就是gaussian输出文件中给出的质量加权的力常数的本征值。
