Playing badminton

| Last saturday I went to the gymnasium to play badminton with my friends. I haven't played for about half a year. When I browse web, what always comes to me is that playing badminton is good for your whole body, especially for the persons who usually work in offices and sit in front of the computers. It will exercise your neck, spine, back, and also arms and legs. I always keep this in my mind, but I am just too lazy and don't like to take exercise, because once I do some sport, I will sweat a lot and it makes me uncomfortable. Recently there is something wrong with my shoulder and back, and it has caused inconvenience to my work and life. So I make up my mind to step into the gym. After two hours' exercise, I certainly felt that my back problem was improved. Though the following days my body was always paining, which may be the consequent of taking exercise, I will keep on building up my body and make me healthy. So, remember to take exercise, everybody! |
