各位师兄弟，本人刚投稿JEI一篇关于图像处理的稿件，得到编辑的回信如下： Dear Miss Shao, Re: JEI 15266, "Measure Using high-dimension data clustering on Object tracking" I have reviewed your above mentioned recent submission to the Journal of Electronic Imaging. The contribution is not clearly motivated, does not clearly outline how it advances the state of the art in the cover letter and in the manuscript abstract and introduction, and the writing is unclear. Specifically, the theorems and propositions presented in the paper are very poorly constructed and not presented with adequate clarity and mathematical rigor to be acceptable. This major deficiency becomes immediately apparent upon reading the statements of the theorems and the propositions. Upon reading through the rest of the manuscript other major deficiencies may also be found. The assignment of an Associate Editor and Reviewers would not be productive until these basic deficiencies are eliminated from the work and the writing. I am therefore declining the manuscript without review.
