Dear Dr. XXX XXXX, Exploratory Research and Hypothesis in Pharmacology (ERHP) publishes original exploratory research articles and state-of-the-art reviews that focus on novel findings and the most recent advances that support new hypotheses in pharmacology. The journal covers topics on drug research, development and application. The exploratory research published in ERHP may not necessarily be comprehensive and conclusive, but the study design must be solid, the methodologies must be reliable, the results must be true, and the hypothesis must be conceivable and justifiable based on evidence. ERHP is to be launched in 2015. It is the third journal of Xia & He Publishing Limited, which is founded by the founders of Medjaden Bioscience Limited, Harry Hua-Xiang Xia, M.D, Ph. Based on your significant contributions to the field of Pharmacology, I am honored to invite you to join our editorial team as either Executive Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editor-in-Chief, or editorial board member. The duties of the different roles are briefly highlighted in the table below: Role Duties Executive Editor-in-Chief 1. Supervise the Editorial Department on all manuscript-related processes 2. Make decision on manuscripts 3. Actively recruit and/or contribute manuscripts 4. Advise on the journal’s development 5. Recruit or recommend Executive Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors-in-Chief, or editorial board members Associate Editor-in-Chief 1. Assist the Editor-in-Chief during the review process 2. Recommend decisions on manuscripts 3. Actively recruit and/or contribute manuscripts 4. Organize manuscripts for specific topics or special issues 5. Review manuscripts when invited 6. Advise on the journal’s development 7. Recruit or recommend Executive Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors-in-Chief, or editorial board members Editorial Board Member 1.
