地方 高师 化学师范专业 卓越教师培养模式的改革与实践
Reform and Practice in Developing Training Mode of Outstanding Chemistry Teachers in Regional Normal Universities and Colleges
摘要：“卓越教师教育计划”的提出，为地方 高师教育教学人才的培养 指明了方向。本文 介绍了 化学学院 在培养卓越教师计划中 的改革与实践，包括 加强学生 基本教学技能的培养，调整 学科专业 课程设置，改革 化学实验教学 和 开展教学技能竞赛等四个方面的内容。通过一系列的探索和实践，全面提升了 学生的教学技能，提高了学生的 教育教学能力，为地方高师 实施卓越教师计划 提供了一定的经验参考。
Abstract: The proposal of "outstanding teacher educational plan" points out the direction for training teaching talents in regional normal universities and colleges. This paper introduced the reform and practice in developing training mode of outstanding chemistry teachers in regional colleges and universities in terms of four aspects including strengthening students' basic teaching skills, adjusting the curriculum setting of professional courses, reforming the chemical experiment teaching and organizing teaching skill competition. After a series of explorations and practices, the students'teaching abilities and skills were comprehensively improved, providing some references for launching the "outstanding teacher educational plan" in regional normal universities and colleges. |
