维修工程师 Field Service Engineer 工作汇报主管：地区维修经理 Reporting to: District Service Manager 职责范围： Position Scope: 在指定区域内提供安装、基础操作培训和维修（基于保修承诺、合同及单独收费）服务，确保客户能够继续操作仪器设备并取得较高的客户满意度。 Provides installation, basic operation training and repair (warranty, contract and billable) within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. 职责： Responsibilities: 1. 根据公司安排，在规定的时间内完成科学仪器的安装、基础培训、定期维护等工作。具体仪器包括公司生产的质谱设备，及其他外围设备等。 相关操作流程必须符合公司手册中SOP的规定。 Strictly follow company SOP for installation, basic user training, regular maintenance for scientific instruments including MS instrument and other peripheral equipment within timeline. 2. 根据客户需求和保修状况，在规定的响应时间内，提供客户电话支持和现场维修服务。在维修过程中，保持良好的客户关系和客户满意度。以有利于公司节约维修成本和有利于维修业务开展的方式，积极主动地完成相应的维修工作。 Provide on-time trouble shooting through call or on-site according to customer requirement and warranty status. Proactively and cost efficiently finish responsible service task to keep good relationship with customer and maintain customer satisfaction as well as contribute to Service Business. 3. 对不能及时解决的维修难题，根据公司的上报流程，及时准确地上报，并联系相关维修专家，以求问题迅速解决。对客户相关的应用或商务问题，及时沟通其他部门同事，以确保客户满意。 Escalate service ticket according company escalation process timely and accurately. Proactively connect with Service Specialist to quickly solve service issues. Contact with other departments for application or commercial related inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. 根据公司要求，按时完成并提交书面报告，包括安装报告，签收报告，定期维护报告，维修服务报告，等等。按时归还维修备件（包括好件及坏件）。对于付费维修的用户，负责客户付款的按时签收确认，帮助按时催收账款。 Submit service reports including Installation report, Instrument Acceptance, Periodical Maintenance report, Service Report, etc on time basis. Return service part on time including Good Return and Bad Return. Responsible and support for AR collection. 5. 按时完成并通过公司安排的各种培训，包括海外培训，网上培训等，不断提高维修技术水平。 Be serious to company trainings and pass the certification test within time line, including overseas training and online training, etc. Continuously improve service skill. 6. 保持良好客户沟通，提供专业化的服务，建立稳固的客户关系，为公司新设备业务和维修业务的发展提供帮助和支持。 Establish good relationship with customer with good communication and professional service to support new instrument and service business. 教育/经历： Education/Experience: 1. 化学分析或电子专业本科及或上学历。 Bachelor degree or above, major in: Chemistry Analysis or Electronics. 2. 至少3-5年工作经验。欢迎曾经在大型医疗或生物技术公司工作过的人选。 At least 3-5years working experience. Experienced in Health Care or Biotech & large corporation is welcome. 3. 有解决系统分析问题的能力，须经证明。 Proven system analytical problem solving skills. 4. 能够并且愿意学习新的技术和技能。 Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill. 5. 良好的沟通能力，无论是与内部合作伙伴还是与客户。 Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers. 6. 良好的英文口头及写作能力。 Well oral and written English skill. 7. 良好的计算机技能，能够使用windows系统及微软办公软件。 Well computer skills using windows and Microsoft office. 8. 能够并且愿意大量出差以满足我们分散在各地的仪器基地的需要。 Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base. |
