| 本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对FCB法三丝埋弧焊的温度场进行数值模拟,在考虑焊丝偏转的情况下,通过对双椭球形热源进行叠加,建立了三丝埋弧焊的焊接热源模型。采用不同的网格划分方式,节省了模拟计算的时间及计算机所占用的资源,并利用ANSYS参数化设计语言,实现了三丝埋弧焊热源热流密度的计算和移动加载。通过不断调整双椭球热源模型的形状参数,最终使模拟计算的结果与实际焊接得到的结果相符,并确定最佳的模拟方案。 |

| In this paper, ANSYS finite element analysis software was adopted in the numerical simulation on temperature field of FCB three wires submerged arc welding. Considering the deflection of welding wire, the heat source model of three wires submerged arc welding was established by overlaying the double ellipsoidal heat source. Through adopting different meshing ways, we saved time in analog computation and saved computer resource occupation, and with the application of parametric design language of ANSYS, we realized the computation of heat source flux density as well as the moving heat source load of three wires submerged arc welding. By repeatedly adjusting the shape parameter of double ellipsoidal heat source model, the analog computation results were eventually matched with the results obtained by practical welding process, and thus the optimal simulation scheme was determined. |
