In the present study, we synthesized highly organosoluble optically active aromatic PAs containing amino acid, L-phenylalanine and anthracenic moieties in the pendant groups via direct polycondensation of optically active dicarboxylic acid, 5-[3-phenyl-2-(9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene-11,12-dicarboximido)propanoylamino] isophthalic acid and several aromatic diamines using 1,3-dipropylimidazolium bromide/triphenyl phosphite (TPP) or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP)/ pyridine (Py)/TPP/CaCl2 as condensing agent under microwave irradiation and the results have been compared. Experimental part Materials All chemicals were purchased from Fluka Chemical Co. (Buchs, Switzerland),Aldrich Chemical Co. (Milwaukee, WI), Riedel–deHaen AG (Seelze, Germany),and Merck Chemical Co. 4,40-Diaminodiphenylmethane (9a) was purified by recrystallization from water. Benzidine (9b) was purified by recrystallization from ethanol. 4,40-Diaminodiphenylether (9c), 2,5-diaminotoluene (9e), and 1,4-phenylenediamine (9f) were purified by sublimation. N-(Trimethylsilyl)imidazole and 1-bromopropane were purchased from Merck Chemical Co. (Germany). 1,3- Dipropylimidazolium bromide ([1,3-(pr)2im]Br) was prepared by reported procedure [19]. |

在本研究中,我们使用1,3 -二丙基咪唑鎓溴化物／亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP)或N-甲基- 2 -吡咯烷酮( NMP)／吡啶( Py) / TPP / CaCl2作为冷凝剂，在微波照射下，通过光学活性的二羧酸、5 - [ 3 -苯基- 2 - ( 9,10 -二氢- 9,10 -桥亚乙基-蒽- 11,12 -二甲酰亚胺基）丙酰氨基]间苯二甲酸和几种芳族二胺的直接的缩聚作用合成了侧基中包含氨基酸、L -苯基丙氨酸和蒽部分的高有机可溶性和光学活性的芳族PA，而且还对研究结果进行了比较。 试验部分 材料 所有的化学品均购自Fluka化学品公司（瑞士,巴赫）,Aldrich化学品公司(威斯康星州，密尔沃基), Riedel-deHaen AG（德国, seelze）和默克化学品公司。4,40 -二氨基二苯甲烷(9a)通过用水再结晶进行精制。 联苯胺(9b)通过用乙醇再结晶进行精制。4,40 - 二氨基苯基醚（9c）、2,5 -二氨基甲苯（9e）和 1,4 -苯二胺（9f）是通过升华进行精制。 氮（三甲基甲硅烷）咪唑和1 -溴丙烷购自默克化学品公司（德国）。 1,3 -二丙基咪唑鎓溴化物( [ 1,3-(pr)2im]Br)通过已发表的方法制备[19]。 |
