| This phenomenon happens because of different culture and different policy.First, most Italian are Catholic,they don't save money.They own money for living , except this part, they donate the rest to the church.Second, their government help them raise children, including live, study, even after their child get 18, the government can provide house. If China's welfare can be so good, I think most people will be engaged in philanthropy. |

| But in China, too many poor-like people are on the street or shown to us, especially some young people who could have supported themselves by offering hard work. So when the pending coffee appeared in China, maybe the fake poor-people will hurt the nice charity. |
