6cm的 down-range resolution 和 8cm的cross-range resolution我不完全理解其具体意思，假定是说down-range resolution等于6 cm，那么可以：

The down-range resolution of 6 cm and 8 cm cross-range resolution were obtained.
The down-range resolution of 6 cm and cross-range resolution of 8 cm were obtained.
The 6 cm down-range resolution and 8 cm cross-range resolution were obtained.
注意动词为复数

或者干脆压缩为：
The 6 cm down- and 8 cm cross-range resolutions were obtained.
