| 经过模拟计算，得到了焊接温度场的分布情况，并获得了沿焊接方向上选定点的温度变化曲线，通过与实际测量的数据相比较，发现误差为10%左右，证明了该模拟方案是可行的。在此基础上，通过对温度场进行分析，了解整个焊接热过程的特点及焊接传热的规律，并简述了焊缝终端裂纹产生的原因，并预测出可能产生终端裂纹的大致位置，提出了相应的改善措施。 |

| The distribution of the field of weld temperature is obtained via the simulations and calculations. Meanwhile, the theoretical curve of temperature variation of the certain locations along the weld direction is achieved. Compared with those measured values, the theoretical data show an error of approximately 10%, signifying the feasiblity of the simulation scheme. |
