求助关于Ben-Naim definition方面的知识或概念

paper审稿意见中有一条关于Ben-Naim definition的问题，之前从来没关注过这个人的著作。请问有没有了解Ben-Naim相关著作的高人，给我解释一下这个定义是什么，或者说推荐一两篇详细描述这个定义的文献。如果能基于下面这个审稿意见解释一下更好。十分感谢！ 附上相关审稿意见：“The observation that urea "denatures" the polymer does not give direct evidence to assert hydrophobicity. The authors even specifically say that it's disruption of intramolecular hydrogen bonding that causes the polymer to extend into water, rather than decreasing the energetic cost of inserting a urea-monomer complex into water (which is more in line with the traditional Ben-Naim definition)” （我读了几篇关于BEN-naim的文章，感觉更偏物理化学，但除了无机物化这个版块，没有其他关于物化的版块。因为我是研究高分子的，所以我只好发在高分子版块，如果违反版规，请版主联系我修改，谢谢！） |
