为什么第一篇SCI这么难中，投了两个期刊都说不适合拒我啊 已有36人参与

哎，总觉得读博士水平还差很远，苦心琢磨了一篇文章，准备为博士毕业做下准备，谁知道两篇都被编辑以不合适在本刊发表而拒我，这到底是怎么回事呢？我自己觉得挺切合他们期刊的主题的啊，求大神帮忙解释下。 第一篇投了APL，编辑这样说： We have examined your paper, and our consensus is that it does not contain a strong component of new applied physics and does not meet the timeliness requirement for rapid publication in this Letters Journal. We are therefore returning the manuscript so that you can seek publication elsewhere. As you may be aware, we receive many more papers than we can accept, and many of them are in competitive sub-fields. Consequently, we are compelled to reduce our coverage of certain areas, even though they may have appeared in our pages in the past. Such decisions are difficult but are necessary to control the explosion in Journal size. We wish to make it clear that this is not a reflection of the technical quality of your work but rather of our discipline and stringent space limitations. 第二篇投了IET EPA，编辑这样说： Thank you for submitting your paper to IET Electric Power Applications. I regret to say that I feel your paper is inappropriate for consideration in this journal, since it is outside the scope. It however may belong to ***（期刊名）, or ***（期刊名）- please check the scope and make a decision. My decision is therefore to decline your paper on this occasion. I appreciate that this decision will be a disappointment but would like to thank you for your interest in IET Electric Power Applications. 太打击人了  |
