CALL FOR PAPERS
----------------------
Sustainable Computing and Communications refers to principles that embrace a range of policies, procedures, programs, and attitudes that run the length and breadth of any use of information and communication technologies. It is a holistic approach that stretches among power, waste, purchasing and education, is a life-cycle management approach to the deployment of IT across an organization. It includes designing, manufacturing, using, and disposing of information and communication systems with minimal or no impact on the environment.

SustainCom 2015 was created to provide a prime international forum for researchers, industry practitioners and domain experts to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of sustainable computing and communications as well as innovative applications.

IEEE Smart City 2015 will be held on Dec. 19th-21st, 2015 in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

        ● Track 1: Sustainable Computing and Communications

        ● Track 2: Sustainable Systems and Technologies

        ● Track 3: Sustainable Methodologies and Applications

SustainCom 2015 Organizing Committee invites proposals for one-day workshops affiliated with the conference and addressing research areas related to the conference. The workshop proceedings will be published by IEEE CS Press. Submit workshop proposals to workshops chairs via emails (E-mail: sustaincom2015@hotmail.com).

Papers need to be prepared according to the IEEE format, and submitted in PDF format via the SustainCom 2015 submission site: http://umc.uestc.edu.cn/conferen ... om_callforpaper.php

PAPER PUBLICATION
--------------------------
Accepted and presented papers will be included into the IEEE Conference Proceedings published by IEEE CS Press. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital libraries of IEEE CS after the conference. Distinguished papers accepted and presented in SustainCom 2015, after further extensions, will be published in special issues of several SCI/EI Indexed journals.
