I would like to know whether or not you are a current PhD student in City University of Hong Kong, or a recipient of HKPFS, and I would like to know how you know the offers of HKPFS have been over. Based on the information on the HKPFS website, the HKPFS application results of 2015/16 academic year are due to the late March/early April, 2015. |
