摘要：本研究通过测量江苏女足备战第十二届全国运动会备战周期内的大负荷训练课数量、内容、结构与形式、练习密度、移动距离、心率变化和队员的生理生化指标等数据，对比分析，并综合评价江苏女足大负荷训练课的质量，为建立江苏女足大负荷训练课评价指标体系和训练模型提供理论基础，从而为教练员备战第十二届全运会提供一定的参考依据。
Abstract: In this study, we measured the physical and biochemical parameters of players from Jiangsu Women's Soccer team during heavy-load (或者 over-load) training sessions in preparation for the Twelfth National Games, and analyzed in consideration of the quantity, the content, structure and form, frequency of training, and the running distance during exercises. We evaluated the overall quality of these heavy-load (或者 over-load) training sessions through comparative analysis, and generated a guideline systematic evaluation as well as a theoretical model for such training sessions, which facilitated the trainers and coaches implementing the preparation training for the game.
