低风险偏好者的福音，我们是盈利的电商 Coupang是一家美资投资到韩国，在韩国起家的一家电商公司。coupang成立于2010年，起初是以团购为主业务，之后成功转型，从事实物商品的网上销售。目前是世界上发展最快的电商之一。2010年成立，2012年实现收支平衡，2013年网站商品交易总额突破10亿美元，2014年初从硅谷风险投资公司红杉资本和对冲基金得到融资1亿美元，年底由私募公司黑石集团牵头，完成3亿美元的融资，从此估值迈入20亿美元俱乐部！ Coupang 2014年7月开始在中国招募团队，目前已有50余位小伙伴们风风火火地准备着开展中国业务。 公司近期新闻: 韩国电商Coupang获3亿美元融资 http://www.forbeschina.com/review/201412/0039434.shtml Responsibilities: • Work as part of an agile team throughout the software development life cycle • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and designers to implement enhancements or new applications • Develop code and automated tests to meet story acceptance criteria • Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards • Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives Share best practices and improve processes within and across agile teams, and mentor more junior developers Requirements: • Extensive experience with OOP and OOD • Extensive experience with Java programming • Experience with Spring Framework including the core components like Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Spring JDBC, Spring Batch, Spring Security… • Expert in developing medium to large scale enterprise and MVC web applications • Experience with agile practices such as Scrum, XP, TDD • Experience with relational DB like Mysql • Good understanding and experience with DB performance tuning • Knowledge of Nosql like MongoDB, hbase, Cassandra … • Experience with Linux and shell programming, familiar with most of the common used shell commands. • Good sense and experience in using Design Pattern • Ability to troubleshoot, performance tuning and understand java memory utilization • Understanding of distributed cache/store systems such as Memcached, Ehcache • Being familiar with popular JS framework (like jQuery, Mootools) • Knowledge and experience in using common tools like Apacha Commons, Google Guava. • Being familiar with DB migration tool like Flyway • Excellent communication skills • Much have strong problem solving skills • Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequent and on time releases • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering major. We prefer, but do not require, minors in Math, Applied Math or Statistics. • Will work with colleagues in Seoul Korea and Silicon Valley in the US. Overseas travel is required. Pluses: • Background in eCommerce and Big Data Being familiar with distributed computing, high performance computing and fault tolerant system design including clustering, load balancing, transactions and concurrency Pluses. |
