植物组织培养的优点：

10繁殖方式多，试用品种多
缺点
（1）和常规营养体繁殖比生产成本高问题：在进行组培产业时通过选择高效益、名特优、珍稀等植物进行组培商品化生产，取得更高的经济效益。
（2）组培苗炼苗难、移栽成活率较低问题：现在通过培育健壮的组培苗、调控环境因素、选择适宜的基质，使组培苗移栽成活率达到90%以上。

Advantages of plant tissue culture:
1.It growswithout the restrictions of seasons
2 It Carries no virus
3 Its cycle culture is short
4 Callus in tissue culture can be used to gain special biochemical products
5 It can be used as largely breeding in a short period of time, to rescue endangered plants.
6 It can be induced to differentiate into organs needed, such as roots and buds.
7 The problem of the less or no seed production can be solved
8 There is no variation, which maintains the original female parent of all genetic characteristics
9 Investment is low and economic benefit is high
10 There are a lot of modes of reproduction and species trials
Disadvantages:
(1) Its production costs is higher than conventional vegetative propagation than high: in tissue culture industries, by selecting high benefit, 名特优, and rare plants, such as tissue culture commercial production, higher economic benefits can be achieved .
(2) difficult seedling culture and low survival rate of transplant: through cultivating healthy tissue seedling, regulating and controling environmental factors, choosing suitable matrix ,the survival rate of transplant tissue reaches more than 90%.
