buried是用来描述明显氨基酸残基被被埋在霉四级空间结构内部的情况。 前面忘了把conserved catalytic Cys-His-Asn triad中的catalytic翻进去，就是保守催化性Cys-His-Asn三联体。 每位一个单体——具有独立功能、被包（埋）在活性位点（或活性中心）“口袋“（即所谓的腔cavity）内部、含有绝对保守的催化性Cys-His-Asn（半胱氨酸-组氨酸-天冬酰胺) 三联体以及对-香豆和丙二酰基结合区，是通过一个又长又窄的乙酰辅酶A通道与外界相连的。 注：本句主题是：CHS monomer is connected to the outside by a long, narrow CoAbinding tunnel. 中间一大堆都是描述CHS monomer特点的。 |
