有一篇 《Thermal wave propagation in graphene studied by molecular dynamics simulations》，其中为了消除噪音做了20次随机初始条件的模拟，是做热脉冲加入的 首先对材料进行Nose-hoover弛豫得到合理结构 然后对加热部分加热和淬火 为了得到合理的结果 随机改变了初始条件 然后求平均，请问这个初始条件是如何改变的。 文章中是“The statistical fluctuations in the results were suppressed by using 20 cases with randomly changed initial configurations. Then, the temporal and spatial profiles of the temperature and momentum were calculated by taking ensemble avarages of the data from the 20 simulations. ” |
