新加坡签证，刚才发错版了 已有1人参与

(A) Required documents: 1. Personal Particular Form (attached). 2. CV and Publications list. 3. IR21(Tax form is attached) 4. PDPA form (attached) 5. Certificate of Employment and Financial Support from the relevant institution/company indicating that all expenses plus accommodation and travel and others will be fully supported (the amount of support and the amount of annual salary must be indicated in the letter). 6. Letter from applicant's University/Company indicating whether if applicant will still receiving his or her salary during the attachment period in NUS (the amount of salary and period of visit to be indicated in the letter). 7. Copy of Educational Certificates and Transcripts from Bachelor Degree onwards (to be translated to English(preferable by notary) and endorsed if the original is not in English). 8. Copy of Passport Particulars Page (the page with the photograph, Date of issuance and Expiry of passport and Place of issuance of passport). 9. Proof for the salary that declared in TEP form and also if there is no salary, should indicate as 0 for both fixed and monthly salary. 10. Educational certificates –verification report of the PhD degree (in English) – can be obtained via http://www.chsi.com.cn/xlcx/en/index.jsp 11. WBS number to charge the TEP application ($70) and issuance fees ($180). 上面的材料中3. IR21是一份表格，有些东西我是知道的，可以填，但是有些东西我根本不清楚，不知道怎么处理？ 材料6是什么东西，我没懂什么意思，是要我的单位开出一个证明么？ 材料9是不是要合作导师开出的证明呀？ 材料11WBS是个什么东西？ 有办理过的给指点一下，谢谢。 |
