| In addition, the extraction procedure of alkaloid in Stephania tetrandra was investigated. The three influential factors to the extraction process, as the concentration of alcohol, times of extraction and extraction period, were tested based on the calculation of tetrandrine and hanfangichin B in the orthogonal experiment. The optimized extraction procedure were that the extraction should be lasted for 3 h by 2 times with 95% alcohol as the solvent in the extraction of alkaloid in Stephania tetrandra. |
