Zn/Cu@BSA NC的合成过程：Aqueous Zn(NO3)2 solution (0.5 mL, 2.0 mM) and CuSO4 solution (0.5 mL, 2.0 mM) were added to a BSA solution (5 mL, 15 mg mL1). The solution was stirred at room temperature for about 5 min, and then a NaOH solution was introduced to adjust the pH to about 12. The color of the solution changed from blue to violet within 35 min. Finally, themixturewas allowed to stir at 55 C for about 8 h, and the color changed to light brown. 求比此方法用时短的合成方法 |
