这样的审稿意见也会被拒？！

投稿某二区期刊，一个多月后编辑返回了两个审稿意见，个人认为审稿人对文章的研究思路和创新性评价都还不错，指出的几个问题和建议也可以轻松应对，可编辑硬是给拒了，起码给个修改的机会吧！是不是来自小日本的编辑对中国人有偏见啊？请问各路高手这种情况是不是也没有申诉的必要呢？ Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: In this manuscript, the authors studied ***. They have designed the experiment very well and the data are also well analysed. The manuscript is well presented. Some results described in this manuscript are interesting. Reviewer #3: This paper entitled "***" describes an important topic; Although the experimentation procedure is well done in most points but less than sufficient than required in few other points and needs some significant improvements. Yet, the authors are encouraged to implement the points indicated below, in full, considering the significant novelty and importance of their study. 补充：感谢大家的回复。编辑没有返回第二个审稿人的意见。两个审稿人还提了几个文章中的问题没有贴出来。投的德国杂志AMB，第一次投搞这个期刊。 [ Last edited by mawsonzheng on 2015-3-30 at 02:50 ] |
