哈，我感到好奇还专门去药典里查了一下，你漏掉了一条重要信息，人家说了其他的计算参见IODOMETRIC ASSAY—ANTIBIOTICS这个mnograph在药典的<425>里，里面的解释我给你粘下来咯~ B is the volume, in mL, of 0.01 N sodium thiosulfate consumed in the Blank determination, and I is the volume, in mL, of 0.01 N sodium thiosulfate consumed in the Inactivation and titration. Calculate the potency of the specimen under test by the formula given in the individual monograph. |
