5-Bromfurfural (7) Zur LOsung yon 28.8 g (300 mmol, 24.8 ml, d = 1.16 kg'1-1) frisch dest. Furfural mad j e einer Spatelspitze Hydrochinon mad Schwefel in 120 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan tropft man in der Siedehitze 57.5 g (360 mmol, 18.4 ml) Brom in 150 ml 1,2-Dichlorethan innerhalb von 3 h zu und erhitzt weitere 12 hunter RiickfluB. Nach dem Abziehen des Solvens wird ein schwarzbraunes Ol erhalten, das zur Reinigung mit Wasserdampf destilliert wird. Die Olbadtemperatur darf hierbei nicht h6her als 100 °C sein. In der Vorlage kristallisiert im Eisbad das 5-Bromfurfural 7 in gelben Nadeln aus. Umkristallisation aus wal3rigem 50%igen Ethanol liefert 7 als farblose Nadeln, Schmp. 80-81 °C, Ausb. 20.0 g (115 mmol, 38 %). (Lit. 4 : Schmp. 82 °C, Ausb. 61%). 我试试吧， 28.8 g (300 mmol, 24.8 ml, d = 1.16 kg'1-1）新蒸过的呋喃甲醛和少量的硫代对苯二酚溶于120ml1，2-二氯乙烷，3h将其滴加至57.5g溴/150ml1，2-二氯乙烷的沸腾的溴液中，然后加热回流12h，反应完成蒸出溶剂得到黑褐色油状物，再进行水蒸气蒸馏提纯，油浴温度不超过100℃。最后可以得到5-溴代呋喃甲醛的黄色针状晶体。用50%的乙醇液进行重结晶得到无色的针状结晶，沸点,80-81℃，产率20.0 g (115 mmol, 38 %)。（文献4：沸点，82℃，产率，62%） |
