被拒，编辑提的意见什么意思啊？

前几天投了J. SOL-GEL Sci.Tech. 被拒，编辑是这么回我的： > Comments for the Author: > please find the reviewer comments for your perusal. > This manuscript should be editted to be understood with more good conditions. For example, Fig 7 might be miswritten. The editor can not request some reviewers to judge it. 想请教下投稿有经验的朋友，编辑是什么意思啊？是说我英文写得不好，还是文章不行，或者其他什么意思啊？谢谢。 |
