[求助] 马普所疑似最终offer求分析已有10人参与

我主要有两个疑问：
1）这个算马普所的最终offer吗？没有任何细节？包括工资、开始时间、年限？
2）接下来我直接和秘书定去的时间？让秘书寄工作合同？再开始申请签证？

外导写给我的：
I hope you had a safe trip back.
Thank you for visiting the lab.  We all very much enjoyed meeting you, and your talk was excellent.  I would therefore like to offer you a postdoc position in the lab.  I am happy to pay your salary while you are here, but will also help you write external fellowships.  You may start any time you would like.
We discussed a number of projects while you were in the lab.  As you know, I think that the xxx is an extremely hot topic, but I am flexible when it comes to project assignments.  Please let me know in writing which ones interested you the most.  I think that your xxx knowledge will be extremely insightful in our xxx project, but we should also make sure that it has an xxx so that you can learn more to expand your skills as you requested.

I can probably start in May 15 (depends on the visa application process, and your side), and I think the following projects are extremely interesting:

Point 3: XXX

外导写给我的：
That sounds like an excellent summary. I think point one is an excellent place to start-but we can discuss this in more detail when you arrive.
XXX will arrange details of your arrival together with the international office and booking a guesthouse room for you. Please let me know if there are any other details that you would like sorted out.  Meanwhile I look forward to your arrival!
