数据格式http://www.worldclim.org/formats
数据下载http://www.worldclim.org/download
1.  加地图图层和worldclim数据图层到Arcmap.
2. toolbox --- spatial analyst tools -- zonal -- zonal statistics table.
3. input raster or feature zone data: 地图图层
    zone field: 地图图层地段（CNTY-ID）
    input value raster: worldclim数据图层
    output table：文件名.dbf (加后缀后将生成一个文本文件表格，这点很重要)
如果要把worldclim数据图层的中国部分截取出来，则：
1. toolbox --- spatial analyst tools -- extraction -- extract by mask
2. input raster:  worldclim数据图层
    input raster or feature mask data: 地图图层
    output raster: 输入图层名
最后可形成一个新的截取图层。
Worldclim 数据图层说明：
BIO1 = Annual Mean Temperature
BIO2 = Mean Diurnal Range (Mean of monthly (max temp - min temp))
BIO3 = Isothermality (BIO2/BIO7) (* 100)
BIO4 = Temperature Seasonality (standard deviation *100)
BIO5 = Max Temperature of Warmest Month
BIO6 = Min Temperature of Coldest Month
BIO7 = Temperature Annual Range (BIO5-BIO6)
BIO8 = Mean Temperature of Wettest Quarter
BIO9 = Mean Temperature of Driest Quarter
BIO10 = Mean Temperature of Warmest Quarter
BIO11 = Mean Temperature of Coldest Quarter
BIO12 = Annual Precipitation
BIO13 = Precipitation of Wettest Month
BIO14 = Precipitation of Driest Month
BIO15 = Precipitation Seasonality (Coefficient of Variation)
BIO16 = Precipitation of Wettest Quarter
BIO17 = Precipitation of Driest Quarter
BIO18 = Precipitation of Warmest Quarter
BIO19 = Precipitation of Coldest Quarter

根据自己的需求，下载对应分辨率的数据（栅格格式）。加载到arcgis后，extract by values就可以
