Sorry that I don't get Chinese input method here.
I wonder why in the point group XeF4 (D4h) the Γs of 2C2′,2C2″ are -3, -1, 2σv, 2σd are 3,1.
Why don't 2C2, 2sigma equal to E?
The representations are got when use the basis of three arrows (along x, y and z directions) on each atom.
