[交流] 求助翻译【有效期至2008年6月24日】

我最近在忙毕业论文,但遇到了翻译问题,需要翻译一下的中文为英语,但由于我的英语不好,特请你帮忙翻译一下

  醇类制氢、烃类制氢等制氢技术是当前燃料电池氢源技术开发研究的重点,近年的研究虽取得了可喜的进展,但产品气体中CO含量高,去除困难确直接影响了这些技术的广泛应用。
本文较为系统地研究了铜铈系催化剂的制备及在富氢气体气氛下CO的优先催化氧化过程。
考察了溶胶凝胶法、浸渍法、机械混合法及共沉淀法四种负载方法的适用性,并首次以复合沉淀剂制备铜铈催化剂;考察了Cu/Ce配比、负载量、焙烧温度等制备条件对催化活性的影响;通过活性评价筛选了催化剂;通过单因素实验、正交实验考察了反应温度、空速、氧碳比等工艺条件对CO优先氧化的影响,优化了工艺条件;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),比表面积测试(BET)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。
研究结果表明:共沉淀法更适合铜铈催化剂的制备;采用水合肼、氢氧化钠双沉淀剂制备的CuO/CeO2催化剂较其他方法制备的催化剂的催化活性高,制备工艺简单,易于放大;采用双沉淀剂,CuO的负载量为10%,焙烧温度500℃时催化剂表现出最佳的活性;在空速为1200h-1和反应温度为95℃时,O2/CO比为1:1时,CO转化率和选择性分别达到了99.98%和94.90%。
本文首次采用双沉淀剂制备的铜铈催化剂在富氢气气氛下对CO优先氧化的催化活性和选择性高于文献报道的贵金属催化剂以及其他铜铈催化剂。在上述最优条件下,CO含量可降至10ppm以下,最低可降至 0 ppm以下。完全符合质子交换膜燃料电池对氢源的要求。
