the adsorption of fibrinogen from plasma onto biomaterial

plays a predominant role in mediating the adhesion of platelets
and also initiates an acute inflammatory response on implanted
surfaces. Therefore, a desirable implanted biomaterial scaffold
should be able to promote cell adhesion and proliferation on the
one hand and to reduce the nonspecific fibrinogen adsorption on the other hand

研究人血浆中纤维蛋白原在生物材料表面的吸附对植入支撑在组织工程应用至关重要,因为表面吸附的血源性纤维蛋白原在参与血小板粘连和引发机体对植入物表面产生急性炎症反应方面起着重要的作用。因此,理想的植入生物材料支撑应该一方面具备促进细胞粘连和增生的能力,而同时要减少纤维蛋白原的非特异性吸附。
