Philosophical Magazine接收，真不容易，修改了半年，几乎重做的数据，返回修改稿后两周接收。真不容易啊！

The authors have revised their original submission pursuant to the comments in the original review. It is noteworthy that some of the most bizarre structures seen in their first submission are no longer there.

I find that the article is now suitable for publication in Phil Mag, and recommend that it be accepted essentially "as is."
