我去年在美国作了半年的访问学者，已经回国，但是我今天收到学校的邮件，有关报税的事情，说到“All international students and scholars who were in the US in 2014 for some or all of the year, must complete and mail form 8843 even if they earned no income in the United States“. 我想请问一下，像我这已经回国的，还需要填此表并邮寄吗？谢谢！
