斑马鱼由于具有性成熟早，全年皆可产卵，且产卵量大，发育迅速，胚胎透明和发育迅速等特点，已经成为发育遗传学家和胚胎发育学家特别感兴趣的模式动物之一。细胞机械力对细胞的生命活动有很大的影响，比如细胞的生长、分裂、信号转换以及基因的表达。研究斑马鱼卵母细胞对外部应力的响应以及其他力学性质，有助于生物上对于这一模式生物的认识，也是生物力学重要组成部分。长期以来生物学上对斑马鱼卵母细胞的应用一直采取人工操作。比如给卵母细胞注射药物，观察后期细胞分裂过程中的转录作用。人工操作带来了实验的不确定性，注射药物的成功率取决于操作人员的注射技术掌握程度，并且需要耗费大量操作人员的时间。 好吧略长。。。。金币少了点。。。下次送您红花 |

Zebrafish has become the most popular model organisms as zebrafish reach reproductive maturity in short time, spawns all year round and the species is quite fecund,it’s embryonic is transparent and rapid development.
