毒理学实验设计时如何避免 pseudo replication （假重复）？

本人最近一篇文章大修， 我的实验大致如下：将鱼暴露在不同浓度的某化合物条件下，在实验的1,2,4,7d取一部分鱼测一些生化指标，以及在第7d测定剩下鱼的行为学指标？审稿人对实验设计提了两条意见 1.the number of replicate tanks per treatment, number of fish per tank and tank size needs to be added. How was pseudo replication avoided? Please give enough detail on the experiments setup to determine this. 2.Are the fish removed for behavioral analysis and tested within treatment groups? Again, how is pseudo-replication of these data avoided? 有没有虫友知道这个pseudo replication是什么意思？该如何避免？我查了不少文献也没弄明白 |
