[求助] 求问BiVO4光解水产氢的问题已有1人参与

小弟看文献中,BiVO4价带位置能够产氧但是导带位置不够还原氢,因此PEC中是只能产氧的,但为什么很多关于这方面的报道BiVO4在0.6V RHE的偏压下能够分解水并产生氢气氧气?究竟是用三电极体系还是两点极体系?那个0.6V究竟是vs counter还是RHE呢?
如何从光电流计算理论产氧量的从而计算法拉第效率?
刚刚入门,看了审稿人对我们组一个同事的文章的comment,提到
Text:“In order to confirm that the anodic photocurrent produced by electrode is the exclusive result of O2 evolution, O2 detection was carried out during photoelectrolysis of water under 0.6 V vs RHE bias using 100 mW/cm2 AM 1.5G filtered illumination.”

For this test it should be specified that a 3-electrode system was used because BiVO4 has not been proven to split water since the conduction band is too positive. The counter electrode is likely pushed to a very negative potential by the CH Instruments 660D. It may be helpful to actually measure the counter electrode potential with an external voltmeter and report the value in the supporting information.

正因为导带能级不够析氢能量才需要施加偏压的。如果够了不就是直接光解水体系了,无需光电化学池了。
