With regard to the references and their citations in the revised manuscript, references [2] and [30] are mainly related to damping mechanisms of plasma coating system; references [14], [15] and [16] are to studies of the coating/substrate interface; references [10] [18] and [21] are mainly about the damping mechanism and theoretical research of MMC.
