anneal之后温度怎么回复到初始值

文献中有这样一段话：For each system, all the chosen configurations were subject to a 10-circle thermal annealing from 300 to 1000 K and then back to 300 K with 50 K intervals. 我们知道，anneal完成之后，如果初始温度是300K,那么最终温度不能回复到300K，要进行上面那段英文的所说的处理（then back to 300 K with 50 K intervals）。但是我不知道要怎样用Materials Studio实行模拟或者说怎样降温，请教施行步骤！ |
