graphical abstract是caption吗

最近投稿Supramolecular Chemistry，杂志那边发Email说要graphical abstract，我没有理解这个graphical abstract是什么？是caption吗？大家有知道的吗，谢谢点拨啊。Email主要内容如下： Please be informed that I have now uploaded your updated figures onto the system, and they are now properly appearing in the system. However, please note that we still need your graphical abstract. Please note that the purpose of a graphical abstract is to give the reader a clear idea of the content of the article by means of an appropriate image. Please find below guidelines for the graphical abstract: 1. The graphical abstract should have a maximum width of 525 pixels. If your image is narrower than 525 pixels we recommend placing this on a white background 525 pixels wide to ensure the dimensions are maintained. 2. Graphical abstracts must be saved separate to text. Please do not embed graphical abstracts in the manuscript file. Files should be saved as one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, or .gif. 3. The file name for a graphical abstract should be descriptive, e.g. GraphicalAbstract1 Kindly send me a graphical abstract for your manuscript, and I will proceed to assign your manuscript for the editors to handle. 现在我不知道graphical abstract是什么？以前投稿没有遇到过这个要求的啊。好像也不是caption。 |
