申请书摘要 以白骨壤为材料，研究其木材碳、氧稳定同位素对其环境信息的记录。揭示红树植物生理生态特征对环境因子变化的适应方式和表达，重建其环境因子变化模式，描述和了解控制与影响红树群落相互作用的物理、化学及生物学过程。从生态学角度为红植物生理生态研究提供新的研究思路。从环境地球化学角度为同位素分差形成查理提供生物学过程的理论依据。 结题中文摘要 本研究以河口海岸带红树植物为研究材料，通过对红树植物稳定同位素的分析测定，探讨了红树植物对河口海岸环境信息的存录及其红树植物对环境因子综合作用的响应，同时对红树林湿地生物标志化合物作了初步的分析和探讨。这为揭示红树植物生理生态特征对环境因子变化的适应方式和表达，描述和了解控制与影响红树群落相互作用的物理、化学及生物学过程，从生态学角度为红树植物生理生态研究提供了新的研究思路。也为环境地球化学的同位素分差形成机理提供了生物学过程的理论依据。本项目的完成已发表论文7篇，其中SCI论文2篇，已投论文3篇（均为SCI刊物），待完成论文3－4篇。 结题英文摘要 The mangrove plants grown on estuary and seacoast are studied. The stable isotope of mangrove plants are measured and analyzed to investigate the record of environmental information of estuary and coast, and the responses of mangrove plants to comprehensive effect of environmental factors. At the same time, the biomarkers on mangroves wetland are analyzed and explored. The study offers a new idea from the point of view of ecology for revealing ecophysiological adaptive mode of mangrove plants to changes of environmental factors, and for describing and understanding the physical,chemical and biological processes which control and influence the interact of mangrove communities.In adition,this research also provides theoretical basis of biological processes of the mechenism of stable isotopic fractionation of environmental geochemistry. We have published 7 papers, including 2 papers of SCI,have contributed 3 papers, and will accomplish 3 or 4 papers. |
