nature communications投稿指南其中有一句话，
“Finally, authors should indicate whether they have had any prior discussions
with a Nature Communications editor about the work described in the manuscript.”
我的字面理解是：作者需要声明是否和编辑就投稿内容事先讨论过。
这是什么意思呢？
投稿之前，可以和编辑联系？
