只有一个审稿意见，A4的版面单倍行距， 共满满8页。 Editorial Board opinion: There is very detailed report on this paper which is ranked as "good". However, in case the authors fix all the issues pointed out by the referee, then the referee becomes "implicit coauthor" of a new version. We recommend to REJECT this paper. Even if ranked as good, it does not meet the standards required by TMNA (there are too many things to be fixed, including the revision of English). Thank for considering our journal and we strongly encourage you to contribute to XXXXXXX with your research in future. Results: The paper is REJECTED Comments: Reject in view of the voting. However, following the opinion of other editors I will recommend the corrections and resumbitting again. |
