我在香港的一个会议投了篇文章，已被采用，在线也有文章了，但现在对方给我的一份邮件的意思我不太明白，感觉意思大概是出版成论文的话还的交钱，但已经出国版面费了呀，当时没说还得交钱呀，再说当时是冲它说EI检索去的，现在能不能检索都不清楚，请虫友帮准确翻译一下邮件意思并给出指点，不甚感激！邮件内容如下： Dear Prof. Yunjie Yang, ~~ Invitation for WCECS 2014 edited book published by Springer - ITET ~~ ************************************************************************** ** ** Only the submission with ALL REQUIRED items named properly ** which fulfill ALL GUIDELINES ** received by 5 March 2015 will be considered. ** ** Notes for the Preparation of the Book Chapters of the Springer Title ** http://www.iaeng.org/WCECS2014/edited_book/Springer_ITET/ ** ** It is compulsory to submit the work once it is ready and at least TWO weeks ** before the deadline for initial checking, i.e. by 19 February 2015. ** ************************************************************************** Thanks for your participation in our World Congress on Engineering and Computer Science 2014 (WCECS 2014). With the efforts from our conference committee, we are organizing the edited books for our conference participants. We are happy to inform you that Springer has invited us to publish the edited book [ Transactions on Engineering Technologies - World Congress on Engineering and Computer Science 2014] for our WCECS 2014 and we are now inviting our WCECS 2014 conference participants of selected papers for the edited book. You are invited to submit the extended and revised work of the following conference paper for the edited book published by Springer: Paper number: ICMSC_13 Title: New Jacobi Elliptic Function Solutions for Coupled KdV-mKdV Equation The authors of each book chapter are required to purchase two copies of the edited volume at the reduced price of US$190 (by surface) / US$220 (by air) in total (i.e. two copies per chapter).
