投了springer下的一个期刊，编辑发邮件来说“Without the Ethical Statement we are not allowed to process your manuscript any further.”，可我在投稿系统里怎么也找不到“Ethical Statement”的模板，发邮件给编辑也不回，哪位前辈有类似经历或有Ethical Statement的模板，给小弟分享一下吧，谢谢！
遇到过有2种情况，第一种，在manuscript的method部分下面第一行，写一句Ethics Committee approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee of XXX（单位名称） to the commencement of the study.就行；第二种，杂志必须要单位盖章的文件（可能还要编号）
